几个 buzzwords 和一首歌

公司kitchen 悄悄出现了绿色的一次性纸杯，和绿色的compost bins，于是前几天每次到kitchen煮咖啡，我都对着那桶上面的标签看半天，发现现在公司里使用的盘子碟子叉子勺子杯子都可以compost，埋了很快就变成土了，连同里面的食物一起。“尘归尘，土归土”说的就是这个意思。倒是比以前方便多了，以前杯碗碟勺要recycle，那么你就得尽量把里面的食物清理干净，并且以前使用的 polystyrene products 回收率很低。对于recycle的认识我相信大家有很多误区，以后再论。只提一句，recycle 并不意味着你扔掉的那只瓶子全都回来了，还没什么代价 -- 不是这样的。
我认为composting 是以后的主要方向，工序远比recycling 简单，关键还在于它可以reduce their environmental footprint， further offset the company's carbon footprint(这些buzzwords 中文怎么说呀？).

然后俺的问题就来了：
1。compost product 是什么造的？它是如何减少 carbon footprint 的呢？ 待研；
2。俺知道 google 基本不用任何一次性的东西，杯碗碟勺全是瓷的不锈钢的，那么要用很多的水，热水，和清洗剂来清洗，货比两家，那家做得更eco-friendly 涅？

最后来一首 Midnight Oil 的 "Beds Are Burning", 歌中唱道：
